CDBTA FELLOWSHIP DETAILS
The Charleston DBT Associates Post Masters Fellowship is available to licensed or provisionally licensed clinicians interested in learning this evidence-based treatment model. The fellowship program combines intensive training, mentorship, peer consultation and hands-on clinical work, and is designed to enhance the fellow’s clinical competencies in DBT treatment while preparing clinicians for national certification. CDBTA fellows will learn from specialists in the field by participating in DBT consultation team, mentorship discussions, learning activities and individual supervision. Fellows will have the opportunity to apply their learning by co-facilitating DBT Skills Training Groups and providing individual therapy to CDBTA clients.

FELLOWSHIP DETAILS
The Charleston DBT Associates Post Masters Fellowship is available to pre-licensed graduates as they pursue licensure. The skills training fellowship program combines intensive training, mentorship, peer consultation and hands-on clinical work, and is designed to enhance the fellow’s clinical competencies in DBT Skills Groups. CDBTA skills fellows will learn from specialists in the field by participating in DBT consultation team, mentorship discussions, observing all four modules of DBT Skills, with opportunities to learn, practice and teach each DBT skill.

STUDENT INTERNSHIP

CDBTA STUDENT INTERNSHIP DETAILS
Charleston DBT Associates accepts 2-3 masters level interns each year in either January, June or August. These internships are available to students seeking a masters in clinical counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. The internship training program combines intensive training, mentorship, peer consultation and hands-on clinical work, and is designed to enhance the fellow’s clinical competencies in DBT Skills Groups.

Selected applicants are contacted for interviews on a rolling basis.
